When will I receive my order? Once payment is complete, your order will be shipped immediately. Dermal fillers are shipped with two-day service, Botulinum products are always shipped overnight to maintain temperature. Orders placed and paid Monday through Thursday before 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders completed on Friday will have the option for Saturday delivery at an additional cost. You will be provided with a tracking number.

How do I pay for my order? When your order is received by us, we will promptly contact you with payment options depending on your location. The most common payment methods are credit/debit cards. We also accept bank transfers, Zelle, Bitcoin, Money Orders and Cashier’s check when paying Collect on Delivery.

What is Collect on Delivery? Sometimes clients are skeptical of buying aesthetic products online. We understand this and will give you the option to pay the courier driver (UPS or FedEx) once you receive the products at your door. You will need to pay the driver in either Money Order or Certified Bank Check. Company checks, personal checks, cash or credit cards will not be accepted at the time of delivery when using this method.

What assures me that you will deliver the products purchased? We understand that it is hard to trust online companies offering aesthetic products. We give you the option to pay for the products only once you successfully receive them, using Collect on Delivery service. Additionally, when you pay by credit card, you are fully protected by the credit card company in the event that you do not receive your order, or that you receive a completely different item. Once you establish trust with us you may choose any payment method of your liking. If you have been referred by a colleague, you will have peace of mind that you are dealing with a trustworthy company.
