When will I receive my order? Once payment is complete, your order will be processed for shipping as follows: If your order contains Botulinum products that require refrigeration, and your order is placed AND paid Monday through Thursday by 3PM Eastern Time, it will be shipped the same day. If your order that contains a refrigerated item is placed on a Friday, it will ship until Monday. This is so that the product arrives still cold the next day. Orders are not shipped Saturday or Sunday. Weekends do not count as transit days. Orders are NOT delivered on Saturday. If you require Saturday delivery, you must contact us in advance to arrange and pay an additional cost. This means that “Overnight” deliveries are only Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
What happens if my order arrives late, and I paid for Overnight? Please note that courier deliveries are quite common, and on-time delivery IS NOT 100% guaranteed. We do ship orders on time, but after that, it is out of our control how fast it will actually get to you. The shipping company experiences delays due to late flights, trailer delays, mechanical failures, high volume that exceeds capacity, staff shortages, as well as common weather-related events during all seasons of the year. All of these events are unfortunately out of our control, and therefore shipping costs paid are NOT refundable.
Is Saturday or Sunday delivery available? Saturday delivery is NOT available, unless you contact us in advance to request it. Saturday delivery incurs an additional fee that varies and must be calculated before we give you a quote. Sunday delivery is not available. We recommend that you plan in advance and not schedule your patients the same day that the delivery is scheduled, as courier delays do occur from time to time and are inevitable and out of our control.
How do I pay for my order? When your order is received by us, we will promptly contact you with payment options depending on your location. The most common payment methods are credit/debit cards. We also accept bank transfers and Zelle.
Can I pick up my order? At this time, all orders are available for shipping only.
