When will I receive my order?

Once your payment is complete, we’ll process your order promptly for shipping.

  • Refrigerated products (Botulinum Toxin):
    • Orders placed and paid Monday–Thursday by 3 PM Eastern Time ship the same day.
    • Orders placed on Friday ship on Monday to ensure products remain cold during transit.
  • Shipping schedule:
  • We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and weekends are not counted as transit days.
  • Standard overnight deliveries are available Monday–Friday.
  • Saturday delivery can be arranged in advance for an additional cost.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

What happens if my order arrives late, even with Overnight shipping?

We ship all orders on time and provide you with a tracking number once they leave our facility. While Overnight service is available Monday–Friday, please note that courier delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as weather, flight schedules, mechanical issues, or high shipping volumes.

Because these circumstances are outside of our control, delivery times are not guaranteed by the courier. Shipping fees are applied by the carrier and are therefore non‑refundable.

We recommend planning ahead and avoiding patient scheduling on the same day as delivery, since courier delays can occasionally occur.

Is Saturday or Sunday delivery available?

Saturday delivery can be arranged in advance for an additional fee, which will be quoted at the time of request. Sunday delivery is not available. We recommend planning ahead and avoiding patient scheduling on the same day as delivery, since courier delays can occasionally occur.

How do I pay for my order?

Once we receive your order, we’ll promptly contact you with available payment options based on your location. The most common methods are credit or debit cards, but we also accept bank transfers and Zelle.
